A tall polished-chrome swan neck with two levers — the traditional arrangement, done as a single-hole monobloc so it drops into one tap hole rather than needing the two that a true bridge tap does. At 363mm to the top of the swan it has real presence over a butler sink or a deep bowl, and the 194mm reach puts the flow where you want it without crowding a window sill behind.
Two levers mean you set hot and cold separately, which is how a lot of people prefer to work: the mix stays where you left it, and there is no hunting for temperature every time you turn it on. Ceramic disc cartridges under both, a swivel spout, and a replaceable aerator so limescale is a spare part rather than a new tap.
This one works on low pressure. Rated from 0.3 bar and listed by Howdens as suitable for low to high pressure systems, so it is a genuine option on a gravity-fed tank system — which rules out a great many taps of this height. It is also WRAS approved.
Fitting note: maximum sink or worktop thickness is 40mm, and the tap needs a 52mm footprint. Worth measuring if you are going through a thick worktop.
