Over eighty-five kitchen taps, from a £33 pair of pillar taps to a five-in-one Quooker. Everything here is a genuine Howdens trade product — Lamona, Radstone, Quooker, Franke, Pronteau and Blackwater — and you cannot buy any of it direct from Howdens without a trade account. That is why we exist.
Every tap is priced at close to trade, comes with the manufacturer's full guarantee, and is delivered anywhere in mainland UK for £9.99 within 5 working days of your order.
This is the commonest reason a tap goes back, and it takes two minutes to avoid.
Combi boiler or an unvented mains-pressure cylinder? Anything on this page will work.
Gravity fed — a cold tank in the loft, a hot cylinder in the airing cupboard? You need a tap rated from 0.2 bar. Across our range that generally means the dual lever models, which have separate hot and cold handles. Single-lever taps usually need 0.5 bar or more, and pull-out sprays need the most pressure of all — up to 1.0 bar.
Each product page states its own minimum pressure. If you are not sure what system you have, call 0333 050 3487 or email info@welovekitchens.co.uk and we will work it out with you before you spend anything.
Our widest single range — twenty-one taps in polished chrome, brushed nickel, brushed stainless steel, brushed brass, gunmetal and matt black, in swan neck and right angled, single and dual lever, plus two pull-outs. Solid brass bodies, ceramic disc cartridges, 5 year guarantee, £186 to £290.

The Howdens house brand and the backbone of this page. Simple chrome pillar and monobloc taps from around £33, through the Alvo, Nevola, Velino, Arno and Calcinara mixers, up to the Victorian bridge and brass ranges and the Garda pull-outs.
Boiling water on demand — the Fusion Round, Fusion Square and Flex, in three-in-one, four-in-one with a cold filter, and five-in-one with the CUBE for chilled and sparkling. Chrome, black and stainless steel.
The Pronteau Kynance gives near-boiling water at 98°C from a compact 2 litre tank. Blackwater Professional is a heavy-duty pull-out with a spring spout, in brushed nickel and matt black.
The Tessuto mixers and pull-outs in brushed decor steel and matt black, plus the Lina swan neck.
Swan neck — the tall curved spout. Most clearance under the tap, so it is the one to pick if you fill stockpots, buckets or vases. The classic look.
Right angled — a squared profile, typically 50–80mm shorter. Choose this if a window, blind or wall cupboard sits close above your sink.
Pull out — the spout head detaches on a hose. The most genuinely useful feature a kitchen tap can have if you rinse roasting tins or wash down a large bowl.
Boiling and filtered — a three-in-one replaces the kettle; four and five-in-one add filtered cold, chilled and sparkling. They need a tank under the sink and a 13A socket.
Almost every tap here is surface mounted with flexi tails and a ½" BSP connection, and arrives with fixings and instructions. Check the maximum worktop thickness on the product page against your own worktop — most take 50mm but a few are limited to 40mm. Boiling water taps need a plumber and, for the tank, an electrician.
We are a genuine Howdens supply route for people without a trade account. Every product is the real thing with the real guarantee — no grey imports and no lookalikes. Delivery is £9.99 on taps, within 5 working days. If you want advice before you order, ring 0333 050 3487; we would rather spend ten minutes getting it right than process a return.
